Daddy Drew was feeling the need for heat. No one was surprised when he planned the short visit to Maui. We love him. Our second New Year's Eve at Indianola with friends from First Church of Seattle. It's an amazing place filled with real beauty that puts you even closer to God.

It was a long night -- seal like coughs and lots of snot -- Madeline and I decided to skip school and hang out at home. Cooking, movies, games and Chriatmas cards were highlights!
